At Little Brits AU, our focus is on raising healthy, well-socialised kittens and carefully matching them with suitable homes.

We no longer operate a traditional waitlist. Instead, families are welcome to submit an enquiry and let us know what they are looking for.

How to Get a Little Brits Kitten

If you are interested in welcoming a Little Brits kitten, simply submit an enquiry with some information about your home and your preferences.

You can let us know if you have a preference for:

• Gender

• Colour or pattern

• Coat length

• British Shorthair, British Longhair or Selkirk Rex

When suitable kittens become available, we will contact families whose preferences are a good match.

Kitten Availability

Our litters are planned carefully, but colours, genders and litter sizes can never be guaranteed in advance.

Some kittens may be available shortly after birth, while others may become available later as we assess their development, temperament and suitability.

Available kittens may also be announced through our website and social media.

Reserving a Kitten

Once you have selected a suitable kitten, a $500 holding deposit is required to secure your reservation.

The deposit is deducted from the final purchase price of your kitten.

A kitten is not considered reserved until the holding deposit has been received.

Our Approach

We prefer a simple, personal process rather than maintaining a large waitlist.

This allows us to:

• Focus our time on the health and wellbeing of our cats and kittens

• Match each kitten with an appropriate home

• Give families accurate information about kittens that are actually available

• Avoid long waiting periods or promises about future litters that cannot be guaranteed

Our aim is to make choosing your Little Brits kitten straightforward, transparent and enjoyable.

If you are interested in one of our kittens, submit an enquiry and tell us what you are looking for. We will be in touch when we have a suitable kitten available.
